    New Years Health Resolutions Worksheet

    new-years-goal-sheet.pdf

For as long as I can remember I have made a New Years resolution to lose weight, then I would commit to exercising and eating right for about the first couple of weeks into the new year then something happens, for me it would usually be triggered by food, I would see something I loved to eat and then convince my self of why I should have it.

I would make excuses and reason with myself about why I should eat what ever it was that I wanted to eat. I would create all the reasons why I should have that extra helping or why I should eat that ice cream bar.  I would tell myself that since I was working out so hard I should have that extra helping of what ever it is I wanted to have. And that would be the end of my New years resolution.

Well the main reason why my past New years Resolution did not work was because, I did not create an action plan detailing How, Why and When.

This weeks Podcast features my new years resolution action plan in detail.
