We avoid fast food places like the plague but every once in a while succumb to french fries.

While it is important to stick to your plan (diet, whatever…!) don’t forget to enjoy life too… If you deny yourself a hamburger while your friends are eating one, then you’ll probably miss out on something… sometimes it is better to just eat the hamburger and pay consequences at a later date! Yes be disciplined, but don’t be dictated by diet!
