    Make a Weight Watchers Journal

    When I decided to blog about my weight loss journey on Weight Watchers, I intended to use my blog as a blue print of my actions on my weight loss mission. The written word  is powerful and writing about myself has made it even more powerful.

    Written about my journey made me pay more attention to the things I was doing wrong the things that were affecting me badly. It is sometimes difficult to talk about personal issues but I find that making a weight watchers journal has helped to relieve alot of stress and has kept me accountable for my actions.

    Moving forward I will start including a food diary, this will help me to keep track of my daily Weight Watchers points. If you are on a diet plan or on weight watchers I highly recommend starting a journal. My blog has become a wonderful journey in self discovery!

      I’m glad that you’ve found blogging to be helpful in your efforts to lose weight. I just decided to begin my own blog about weight loss journey as well!
