Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Do not skip breakfast. Breakfast does not have to be elaborate either you can make breakfast very simple eg. Cold cereal with low fat milk, Oatmeal (click here for the video), Whole wheat toast with a reduced fat peanut butter or any of your favorite low fat spreads.
Keeping fit is essential to losing weight, it really goes hand in hand. It is recommended to do some form of exercise each day for 30 minutes, this can include any thing from walking, biking, swimming etc.. Physical activity will help you to feel better not to mention look better too! Read more »
